Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience, including quick and reliable shipping. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay in stock, your order may take longer to process. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Damaged or Missing Items: If you received your order and it was damaged during shipping or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if necessary.
Return Shipping: If you are returning an item, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return the product and any applicable return shipping fees.
