Much like the sun cooking Aussies every summer, this Napoleon Natural Gas Stainless Steel Built-in Barbecue utilises infrared light as well as gas, to cook delicious meals. The infrared burners are designed to sear your food and lock in the flavour; the rear IR burner can be used with a rotisserie, for delectable slow cooked meat. But, for the most part, natural gas is the main fuel source, heating up the stainless steel cooking grid with up to five burners. The exterior of the Napoleon is composed of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, allowing it to be easily maintained and cleaned. The lid is even double-walled, effectively containing the heat inside the barbecue for consistent cooking. To assist in the perfect cooking of your culinary creations, the Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge accurately monitors the interior temperature. The control dials are backlit with a mellow blue light, making cooking at night easier than ever.

Rear Burner

Enjoy faster cooking, rapid searing, and wonderful energy efficiency, with the rear ceramic infrared burner. Mounted on the back of the barbecue, the rear burner beams infrared heat onto your food, as opposed to direct contact cooking.

Hood Thermometer

Knowing the temperature of your barbecue is one of the secrets to great cooking. The built-in hood thermometer keeps you informed as to the internal temperature, negating the need to open the hood, consequently letting the heat out.

Removable Drip Tray

Catching oils and fats while you cook, the drip tray is conveniently removable for simple cleaning. It is recommended that you clean this often, to maintain a hygienic cooking environment.

Push Button Ignition

Helping you get barbecuing faster, the push ignition button generates a spark at the opening of the burner’s gas main. This lights the burners, heating up your barbecue quickly so you can get right to the cooking.
